1、ExxonMobil Chemical “埃克森美孚化工 是一家专业生产销售EPDM + PP 热塑性弹性体(SANTOPRENE) 的公司。该公司采用了先进的动态硫化工艺, 即在橡胶与热塑料熔融共混过程中使橡胶硫化。这种共混物中橡胶颗粒的平均粒子大小为1μm 或更小, 它们均匀分布在由热塑性材料构成的连续基中, 并且完全交联, 使该共混物的性能大大提高, 例如: 永久变形性减小, 耐疲劳性提高, 高温使用性能改善, 熔融强度增加,制出的完全硫化SANTOPRENE 弹性体具有很好的物理性能。与热固性橡胶及一般弹性体相比较, SANTO2PRENE 弹性体提供了更大的设计自由度, 可利用热塑性加工设备进行快捷及容易的加工。SANTO2PRENE 弹性体可在- 60～135 ℃的范围内使用, 部件不会开裂, 也不全发粘, 它的耐热老化性能大大提高了部件的耐用性。SANTOPRENE 弹性体生产的部件标准公差是1 % , 比一般橡胶部件的精确度要高。

2 　SANTOPRENE产品介绍(1) SANTOPRENE 弹性体有从邵氏硬度A35到邵氏D50 的多种硬度品级。按照材料本身的颜色主要有普通系列和8000 系列两种系列, 其中包括挤出级别, 阻燃级别, FDA 级别, 医药级别, 饮用水级别, 特殊级别(与PA , ABS , PMMA , PS ,PC 等材料共混) 。(2 ) SANTOPRENE 有多种牌号产品, 如:111 - 35 , 101 - 45/ 201 - 45 , 101 - 55/ 201 - 55 ,101 - 64/ 201 - 64 , 101 - 73/ 201 - 73 , 101 - 80/201 - 80 , 101 - 87/ 201 - 87 , 103 - 40/ 203 - 40 ,103 - 50/ 203 - 50 等。牌号命名方式为: 第一位数字表示颜色: 单数表示黑色, 双数表示本色; 第二数字表示它的性能: 0 - 通用级, 1 - 挤出级, 4 -饮用水级, 5 - 阻燃级, 7 - FDA 级, 8 - 医用级,9 - 特殊级; 第三位数字为硬度表示方法: 1 - 邵氏A , 3 - 邵氏D ; 最后两位数字表示硬度值。例如,101 - 64 表示黑色, 通用级, 硬度邵氏A64 度;201 - 73 表示中性米黄色(可上色) , 通用级, 硬度邵氏A73 度; 8201 - 55 , 8211 - 45 , 8211 - 75中, 8 表示底色浅, 容易配色的材料。其他与上面命名相同。

Santoprene TPV加工

(1) 干燥。由于SANTOPRENE 弹性体有轻微的吸湿性, 建议在除湿器或者真空干燥箱中进行补充干燥, 特别是在进行挤出和吹塑加工前, 更要进行干燥。当把材料放入干燥箱之前, 应当把干燥器的温度升高到65～75 ℃, 然后使SANTOPRENE弹性体在干燥箱中保持2～3h 。应避免将材料放置于相对潮湿的环境中, 因为材料吸湿后会使加工的产品发生穿孔。

(2) 注塑加工。各品牌的SANOPTRENE 弹性体可用注塑设备进行加工, 制造出尺寸稳定的成品。SANTOPRENE 弹性体在高压下流动性很好, 固化很快, 容易脱模。由于SANTOPRENE 弹性体的熔体粘度比许多种普通材料更大, 在加工时, 应采用大的注塑嘴、注料口、流道和浇口, 同时采用中等高的注射压力和较快注射速度。一般加工温度在180 ～200 ℃,冷却时间20～30s , 螺杆转速100～200 转/ min。如果停机30min 以上建议将机筒排空。挤出与吹塑工艺的机械操作要求与注塑工艺所规定的相同。
(3) 回料的使用。SAMNTOPRENE 弹性体可
以回收利用生产中的废料。加工之前将回料预先干
燥。添加比例控制在20 %以下。回料可以使用多达5 次。
